The Basics
With inflation and the crypto market crash, every day citizens are just as interested in workings of the SEC as retail investors. Inflation predictions from Fed Chairman Powell along with the economy's other signals are making this coming year a time to get to know what we could do to protect myself both economically and, if society falls into chaos, physically.
9/11 still makes hearts jump every time the two sets of numbers are mentioned today. This is why The Patriot Act of 2001 was, and is still taken so seriously. The Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, Section 326 requires getting identification from all owners of accounts and to compare them to the terrorist watchlist supplied by the United States government. The basics at issue is the fact that the company TD Ameritrade opened 3 accounts for me, none with identification needed. This was new to me. I had never tried beyond the Loyal3 app, so I figured what they were telling me on the phone was correct.
The number of customer service representatives who told me this was enough for me to feel that there wasn't left to chance.
I record people.
Alot.
Like, people now ask me, "Are you recording me?"
Why do I do this?
1) I have head injuries at multiple times of my life that have given me memory issues.
2) I am in a state that allows it, and,
3) People lie and treat me very badly when I don't.
There reasons are their own. Some because of politics, some racism. Some, KNOW I'M MENTALLY DISABLED, and have been diagnosed officially by the SSA.
But I am not settling scores; I am literally trying to not sneeze wrong and end up in prison.
I contacted the company again and got someone on the line to verify that identification was not needed. Broker Joe Delia answered.
The Fallout
In I am Not a Terrorist, the fact a grenade may be in me from years ago was known by the US government as far back as 2012. The inform Ultrasound that I was not handled the way I thought it would be. I was sent a letter from Deanna Chang's office at the Department of Homeland Security under Janet Napolitano's office this is not something they can do anything about. (See Polygraph May 29,2020).
The Norwegian Blondes that stopped by our booth to get popcorn that day was seen by government officials who had to observe me is my guess. (See I am Not Terrorist, and the upcoming D.A.R.P.A. Articles and vids).
The Accusation
I went to a FedEx location to send my SEC Whistleblower paperwork about what I thought was an obvious violation of the law. The document was sent with USB hard drive of audio recordings of staff telling me its fine along with the information sent from TD Ameritrade.
I also remembered that out of no where I was under pressure to act out and purchase things that did not make sense for my food business (computer debugger,etc.) So, to keep from looking further like a terrorist with a grenade in me, I wanted to make sure this was known that there is a problem, and that I may be being set up.
At the time, I did not know the slave owners with the remote trigger were watching me (See a Slaves Lives Next to You.) After I gave them the paperwork (See video) I got my receipt, thinking this will be cleared up quickly.
I did not know that the cost I looked up on line to that of what was on my receipt was not the same. At first, I thought it was because of the change of address due to Covid from Washington, D.C. to Chantilly, VA. (Even stranger, it's past the Covid restrictions lift from 2 years ago and the address is still hasn't changed back to Washington, D.C, but I digress).
It seems my express letter from FedEx took an extra trip somewhere. I tried to find out who "C. Harris" was who signed it. I got a very politely perturbed woman (hear audio) who asked how did I get her number, indicating they prefer to be insulated more than interactive with investors. So, I tried this approach instead.
There has been A LOT of bullying and attempts on my life since I mentioned this politician on
a blog. Even though nothing happened, my life was locked down for the time period from 2007 to now more than most people know.
There have been hits to my computer to the point hackers at one point just kept an "open door" to go and get intellectual property whenever they needed a paper or assignment. (See Polygraph).
So, sending my info to a favorite inner circle person on either side of politics is possible. Since the Democrats were (and some still are) angry with me, some Republicans felt under Trump I was to be an easy target.
Then there is the TCR number.
I spoke with Attorney Nikia Wharton of the SEC who was very respectful and did call back and give me the information I needed. However, later another woman called with an additional number to go with the supplemental info. So far, so good. Nothing odd on that end.
Then I tried to get a lawyer.

I have a COMLink-like device in me. You can see my MRIs for some of the weird in me that the US government is still hush about.
After being shot 10 times (yup, MRI again), I could hear more than usual. I swear I could hear President Biden Say, "I need that TCR number."
I spoke with an intake specialist at an Southwest Lawfirm. He was a Harvard alumni who, though not making promises of any kind of representation, asked for my TCR number with great (and unnerving) enthusiasm.
I said I would get back to them.
Next thing I know, there is a news story this year about the SEC sweeping charges of multiple brokerage firms for not keeping adequate records of investors.
Conspicuously absent:
TD Ameritrade and it's parent company Charles Schwabb.
The Democrats strike back...again...
Earlier in 2022, my attempts at social media videos, (ESPECIALLY YouTube) had been blocked continually to protect other people's creative endeavors and political aspirations.
I contacted FINRA about my phone call between TD Ameritrade CSR Joe Delia and me. At the time, I didn't have any other way to get it on the record that the conversation had occurred. It was definitely not my first choice; I even offered on the YouTube post the possibility that Mr. Delia was:
1) new at the time of my call, and
2) A scapegoat to keep me calm so Department of Homeland Security guys can continue their plan to hit on women in Norway with me looking like a terrorist.
When I reported the incident to FINRA, I received what could only be perceived as a threatening E mail wanting to know about me and my whereabouts and my company:
Why FINRA May Have Bullied Me
No, I'm not a broker, hence the confusion...but for a second. In another post I wrote, I hinted that a Democratic Politician might have crossed paths in the early 1990s. Nothing happened, but I ended up on the radar of some other Democratic faithful in Washington. Some call them "fixers"; in my case, I call them "Gone Girls".
Things would disappear from my files under the Obama Administration from 2007 to 2014. For example, a Amtrak train ticket from the 1990s disappeared. Even though it wasn't then Vice President Biden's "turn", keeping the path clear was definitely understood. (more on that later.)
Why do I mention this now? Because November 8th, 2022, one week after acknowledging to people I had had a heart attack, 2 screaming kids (about 7 or 8 year old) Hispanic boys come running up my block throwing their book bags around like they're coming home from school.
The problem is, school is closed on election day.
This is after getting pregnant from being raped in a Catholic Hospital in 2017, slammed on my stomach by Catholic law enforcement 2018 (9 months) then yelled at by a store manager (Dem I'm guess) for passing out fliers with Former President Obama’s name on them on Nov 2nd, 2020. They succeeded in forcing the miscarry and have blocked the lawsuit I had coming for that hospital.
Yes ,"Obamalites" do exist. They are a subclass of Democrats who are loyal, but take things too far for the name and legacy of our first black president.
After the January 6th insanity, it is clear supporters without someone's blessing will do things for hurting their candidate's feelings in some way. The represent us; so we tend to take personal ownership of them.
But these events happened at the end of the Obama Administration going into President Trump's:
a) I was raped (allegedly by a foreign staff member at the Catholic hospital where my surgery took place) that ended in pregnancy after 20 years of celbacy
b) Catholic officers slamming on my stomach 9 months pregnant, (See polygraph May 29th, 2020)
c) Democratic black females yelling at me throughout the 4 years of Trump and 2 years of Biden until I miscarried one of 2 babies.
and
d) allowing a lot of intellectual property theft from my private life to be used in entertainment (more on that later).
But again the party supporters under Biden Post-Trump-trauma may have them jumping through hoops to keep from being whipped.
Yes, you read that correctly.
Blacks that get along with others of different races and outside of the Democratic party are in danger of being whipped.
Where do I go from here?
There may be another person inside of the SEC giving me problems for the Catholic community.
Gary Gensler had sworn Jaime Lizzaraga into office as SEC Commissioner on July of 2022. He was appointed by President Joe Biden.
I allege they are working together strategically to make sure I can't get a private attorney. They are aware of the evidence in my favor on other cases and have systemically blocked me from bringing this to the public.
Quick Timeline:
a) I filed in 2020 to the SEC Whistleblower's office my complaint;evidence points to TD Ameritrade opened accounts with no Identification
b) Lizzaraga is nominated and sworn in, in July 2022
c) 16 companies are indicted for the crime I complained to the SEC Whistleblower about, MINUS TD Ameritrade
There are at least 15 more incidents involving Catholics in the Democratic party and me where I was assaulted (2 of the 5 rapes in my life were by Catholics), robbed (Hewlett-Packard), made a slave (Hollywood), and nearly killed (Biden). These happened from birth (See DARPA) to now. They are not the only perpetrators I will be talking about; right now, they are the greedily ones demanding the country's attention(Santos), time (busing them in on your tax dolar to teach them a "lesson"), resources (insert anyone has had their ID stolen here 😒). Before anyone gets indignant about racism please see the polygraph about my ID being stolen 4 times , Karen "Maria" Moore living just fine while I am pregnant from rape from an immigrant who wanted to stay in the states longer (see may 29th 2020 polygraph, page 1) and homeless.
Hopefully, I can get some traction this year; my medical records from my 2018 car crash indicate a lot more happened to me in this lifetime than the usual whipping and rapes of African-American women. I hope to post D.A.R.P.A. in a few days as well.
