This is a second attempt at this article. I originally tried back in the early 2010s to publish this. Tried to reach Sharon Weinberger,an expert on DARPA no response back 😔.

The Department of Defense has this nifty arm o the government called the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, also known as DARPA.
The agency is known for venturing into the scientific unknown; usually without concern for the fish-eyed looks they get from their government peers.
And today, why would they? This is THE organization that created what the whole world knows today as the internet. Now add on some cool nuclear space project called DRACO, and it's big kid grins all around when government gets to look around to see what their up to.
But there is a dark side to some of their projects.
Back to the 60s...
The United States Department of Defense commissioned it's research arm D.A.R.P.A. in the 1958 to come up with a mobile communications channel that can be used in combat.
The organization we think would later call it "The Internetting Project."
In 1968, DARPA introduced a computer network dubbed ARPANET. The clunky, but effective monstrosity transmitted bits of data to one point to another. It was an absolute marvel compared to the standard fax equipment used by Department of Defense Staff in their day.
Up to now, this new, and unknown Department had done a range of experiments, including morally questionable ones on human beings and animals (more on this later).
The 1970s...
The Vietnam war was under way, and an economic crisis was unfolding quickly. The Department of Defense needed a mobile communications solution for military operations. At this point, it is 1972, and the United States is two years away from losing and retreating permanently.
The solution requested from DARPA needed to be lightweight, and undetected by the Viet Cong.
The ETAC Controller is personnel in the field that handles communications during a combat mission. This person has to carry multiple radios, sometimes as many as 4. The pack soldiers in the field carry can weigh as much as 20 or more pounds.
Robert Kahn, a Brooklyn Native, led DARPA at this stage and entrusted a man named J.C.R. Licklider to head up some special projects. Licklider (St Louis, Missouri native) was fascinated with the idea of creating human beings that had components in them that would give them extra abilities, known as cyborgs.

The project that was created produced a miniature version of the Arpanet Computer's receiver. The other parts of the design are not obvious on the website, but you can see a picture of the receiver "pack" here:

DARPA created the internet around 1972.
The Pentagon wanted a mobile networking set up for military operations.(Saw these facts in article). I would be a prime target with a black military father who I stationed in the deep south in 1973. My twin and I and my brother may have been the inspiration for a few films over the last ew years. I will try to talk about it bin another post. For now, I can't get DARPA to respond to my FOIA (freedom of information Act) requests even when I sent it to both E Mails. I will update this post later.
The 1980s...
The information network was initially introduced to government agencies first. But, then a man named Vinton Cerf (The Father of the Internet) decided that there was commercial applications that he and a man named Schultz decided to capitalize on. In one account, Schultz went and counted how many sockets they had to build the new commercial version of the information super highway.
Little did people know how cruel, lecherous and demonic the process was to bring it about...
They are Watching You too...
The pins in my eyes can be felt some days. I got used to sometimes injecting pain relief in my body and eyes to get through the sewing needle pain. Since our bones harden between 15 and 18 weeks as fetuses, the needles throughout my body that are evenly placed and matched had to have been put in me on purpose as a fetus.
Which means they went in me at some point as a minor with forceps and put objects in my vaginal cavity (assault of a minor) in a state where there is no statute of limitations on felonies and misdemeanors in the same this happened.
A woman’s body stops growing bone at 18. It begins to harden at 2 1/2 months gestation (time that a fetus grows inside of a pregnant woman). So the pins would have had to be in there before I was born.
There is video on Karen T Moore / Me in Context on YouTube showing a multimeter probe in my belly button and under one breast. It shows the meter reading at 20 to 24 volts of electricity.
Remember Timex watch commercials? "It takes a licking but keeps on ticking".
(Yeah, I know, reminds me too of my age, but stay with me on this...)
Rochelle Crystal's are mineral rocks that when hit, give off an electrical charge. These are in everyday products today. The science had been around for several years. So a tiny hammer hitting inside a watch each time the arm turns keeping the watch running is an easy concept to understand.
So a larger set of Crystal's inside a radio receiver pack inside of me is also plausible. (See MRIs above).

The Fallout
I hear things. Like putting me in a mental hospital things. My teeth has glass coming out of it from time to time from a rape with a wine bottle in me breaking. My jaw locks for no reason. Well, there are the other pins inside my jaw. Most times when I drink something, the metal in my jaw "clicks" from the pins hitting bone.
...and headaches.
Don't get me started about the headaches this agency gave me. Bought of fear and anxiety mixed with anger from these little gems in my head, and you have the recipe for a super cranky person.
The devices have also given me bone tumors. They are located in the Prefrontal Cortex of the brain. This part of the brain is where impulse control is processed, along with major life decisions. It's also where the Amygdala sends emotions to process how to respond to a situation.
The main thing is, the needle is going right through my skull. the Amygdala controls anger and sends processed emotions to our Pre-Frontal cortex. (Follow to read Medicine Man). This explains both the mini mental malfunctions and pain I experience everyday.
It has also caused me to process information slower than most people. In fact, it took me 5 years to get a 2 year degree.
It has caused me to forget to do basic things like brush my teeth some days.
Extra stress in my life makes these daily functions 10 times worse. I am currently on Social Security Disability due to a mental illness diagnosis that can most likely be traced to the 2 pounds of extra metal in my body. (See A Slave Lives Next to You for the rest).
That being said, my case against DARPA is halted in that they refused to send me anything requested under the freedom of information act. It is now 2023, and still I am not getting cooperation from their agency. Both the old and updated e mail addresses given were tried before I understood I was being ignored.
Also, there is the problem of the information about me being blocked until AFTER others used the information concerning me for their own financial purposes (movies script, court cases under seal).
The Internet Today
I was watching television one afternoon, CNBC, the financial channel for the NBC Networks. The blonde woman said, "A Trillion dollars of data goes through the internet a day...." .
I was floored, but at the time, didn't understand what that could mean for me and other people who were used as children for DARPA mobile "Internetting" project.
I have MRIs along with other documents that indicate metal objects were willfully placed in my body as a fetus. Specifically two sets of metal "pins", fiber optic cable (I was born in 1973; fiber optic has been used by govt since 1960s). There is some kind of battery pack in me giving off approximately 24 volts of electricity.
I have been trying to get cooperation from government agencies wherever I can, but getting nowhere. Politics have played a large role in why I think I am shut out.

Devastated to find that once again members of the United States government have allowed people to die in peace with their reputation intact instead of being brought to justice.
J.C.R. Licklider died in 1990. Robert Kahn is somewhere; (Reston, VA?) The others involved are still around, but seem to be able to get some science and history re-written.
Wait...
"the metal in your bones..." from a famous movie irritates today, because again, another person who used part of my life died before I could take him to court.
Though those examples seem petty and insignificant, there are multiple times that happens in the same group of people's films.
