Podcasts of NPR was something I had no problem listening to as well. Drug trafficking is what is usually the point of focus, as well as sex trafficking. However, labor trafficking has fallen...

An Unexpected Visitor

This blog has paid ads and ad links in the posts.

I am a black person. There is another person in my town with the same name who is white and is only a few years older than me. Just avoiding confusion (Hi Karen!😁)

I am a black person. I love
children; I wanted mine to be okay. I love my little ones very much.

I have no problem with individuals who came to America and made a life for themselves. But not to my own detriment.

Update: Someone made changes (to make some hay?) for someone by removing a part of a previous statement. I am usually careful about what I post, including the statement, "...these facts are true to the best of my knowledge...". I alleged a part of this about the incident was missing; now it's not.

A Chance Encounter

I had taken steps to prepare for my cancer surgery at Roper St. Francis in 2017 by researching other cases from other women who had under went similar reproductive procedures.

I was sitting at a coffee shop working on paperwork, when this young man entered, and came towards me. He grinned, said hello, and asked to join me. I agreed, and asked where he was from. I could not remember where in Africa he was from, but he said he was a radiologist in the US on a student visa. He was wearing a smock with the logo of the hospital my surgery was scheduled for. I smiled, and shared that that is where my surgery would be.

He asked if I was married. I wasn't comfortable with him at this point; he was 20 years younger than me and I wanted to return to what I was working on.

I said I had someone (Jesus), and wished him well, hinting that I wanted to get back to working.

I didn't think anything of the encounter other than his possible intention to get a quick marriage to stay in the country. But I had no idea it would turn into a nightmare...

An Unwanted Visitor

The day of surgery, my sister took me to the hospital. She dropped me off, then told me she was headed for breakfast and would be back to pick me up. So I checked in by myself.

I wasn't nervous initially; my primary care doctor was fine and I loved the nurses in his office.

But this time, I was at the main hospital 2 cities away, and was very much on my own. My doctor gave me a subscription to Percocet that I asked for; she was perplexed at my request, remembering I was allergic to oxycodone. I thought it was hydrocodone that had it, but I got the medicines mixed up.

After surgery, I woke up in the recovery room, very nauseous and afraid. I felt traumatized. I was throwing up from after my sister picked me up, until 8 hours medication suppository. I was dizzy for another 12 hours later. I couldn't keep water down. The doctor had to prescribe an anti - nausea medication.

About 5 months later, I am driving around, contemplating possible motherhood. I remember reading about folic acid being good for the body. I picked up a prenatal vitamin, and after a few days, felt movement in my stomach. I parked and cried.

I remembered the radiology tech at the coffee shop, and knew.

I just got my "situation" situated from cancer being removed, and
that selfish jackhole got me pregnant to stay in the country.

What was really upsetting is that I was celibate for, wait for it, 20 years before this rape. I had been raped prior to this one in my 20s 3 times.

(See the post 18 tips to recover from sexual assault).

I don't know if he slipped into the recovery room or not, but his student visa predicament along with access to me makes him a suspect in my mind.

Now I know some will read this and think this is he said/she said territory from a jilted lover. There's just one teensy little problem with that theory:

I don't date black men.

It feels like I incest to me from a kissing cousin incident that happened when I was a child (See polygraph May 29th, 2020 under the Supporting Documents tab).

An Unexpected Response

The Catholic community is clearly not all on the same page every time something horrible like this happens. However, there seems to be a common response around this issue.

In 2018, I was coming to the end of my shift and got into an accident. When I went to the hospital, it wasn't good.
My eyes were swollen shut from the accident and i wandered out the hospital. The doctor went to a judge and asked that I be returned for rreatment (Turned out I had a sinus ingection on top of the broken nose and was delirious.) I could barely see.

4 Boston and officers from Maine (Catholic?) up at my door, slammed me to the ground on my stomach, handcuffed me, then walked me out in front of my neighbors to an ambulance.
(For the whole story see My MUSC nightmare.)

Sidebar:
I was sexually assaulted when I was younger with a glass bottle. One of the shards are still in there somewhere I think. That is why I think they slammed me on my stomach so hard that blood was coming out.

I allege this was an attempt to terminate my pregnancy to protect the Catholic hospital the sexual assault occurred from a lawsuit.

I tried to find a lawyer through this company ( initials "L" and
"Z"). When I asked for a consultation about this matter, they swiftly
refunded my money, cancelled my account and sent me an email that they could not longer help me.

Yes, the Catholic community, (Yet again) protected the sexual revolution within the Catholic Church first, foremost, and always while calling itself God's church.

Remember, this was pre-Biden sex scandal, but post church sex abuse scandals from decades past coming forward. This isn't a hard sell for a jury. But again, even the #metoo movement hasn't quite figured out how to break the code when it comes to this community's sexual predators' constant free passes.

It is not the first time I have had an issue with the Catholic community and it's protective stance against any outsiders, regardless of right or wrong. One of my rapists was a Boston officer who was in town in Atlanta. I was to afraid to speak of it.

The second time, I was punched in the face; my jaw cracked in New York City. I still feel the pain today when it rains.

I thought when I went back South, I wouldn't have to endure some of their community's attacks. But with the election on the horizon, they are walking more lock step than ever, and are certainly demanding the same of anyone who comes into their orbit.

But I digress.

So, my search for an attorney on this matter is on.

'Til next time...

Update: June 13, 2020

This is a crazy year. I took another polygraph with Stan Fulmer. This time, it includes some fast details from the above incident that needed to be solidified as true.

Stan Fulmer has been a polygraph examiner for over 41 years. He graduated from Mumford Polygraph Institute and the University of South Carolina in 1976. He has worked with law enforcement in over 18 states over the span of his career catching various criminals. He has also trained in-house polygraph examiners for police departments in the United States throughout his career.

He helped build the Department of Defense's Polygraph Institute Computers at the inception of its program with its founder. He testifies as an expert witness in court hearings and usually handles requests in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia only.

He has appeared on Court TV and has tested for major corporations in the US. Some of the other states he used to travel and do work for law enforcement include (but not limited to) Florida, tests for employment verification for major corporations.
